Method

Pork Chops

1

Prepare the Pork Chops

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Rub the mixture over the pork chops.

2

Grill the Pork Chops

Place the pork chops on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes.

Sweet Potato Mash

3

Cook the Sweet Potatoes

Peel and chop the sweet potatoes into cubes. Boil in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain the water.

4

Mash the Sweet Potatoes

Add butter, milk, salt, and cinnamon to the drained sweet potatoes. Mash until smooth and creamy.

Bacon Onion Jam

5

Cook the Bacon

In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the drippings in the pan.

6

Prepare the Jam

In the same skillet, add sliced onion and cook until soft. Stir in brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, and crumbled bacon. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Shaved Brussels Sprouts

7

Prepare the Brussels Sprouts

Thinly slice the Brussels sprouts. In a bowl, toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

8

Cook the Brussels Sprouts

Sauté the Brussels sprouts in a skillet over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
