Salmon

Method

Prepare the Salmon

  1. 1

    Season the Salmon

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil, then season both sides with salt and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Grill the Salmon

Place the seasoned salmon fillets on the grill, skin-side down. Grill for about 6-8 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 4-6 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Make the Lemon Butter Sauce

  1. 3

    Melt the Butter

In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat.

  2. 4

    Add Lemon and Garlic

Once melted, stir in the fresh lemon juice and minced garlic. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  3. 5

    Finish the Sauce

Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley. Set aside to keep warm.

Prepare the Vegetables

  1. 6

    Grill the Vegetables

Toss the asparagus, bell peppers, and zucchini with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill the vegetables for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are slightly charred and tender.

Serve

  1. 7

    Plate the Dish

On each plate, place the grilled salmon fillet and a portion of grilled seasonal vegetables. Drizzle the lemon butter sauce over the salmon and vegetables before serving.
