Cook Elbow Macaroni
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the elbow macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Brown the Ground Beef
In the same pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess grease.

Add Vegetables and Seasoning
Add the diced onion to the pot and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Combine Ingredients
Stir in the chili beans, diced tomatoes, and cooked macaroni. Mix well and let simmer for 5 minutes to meld flavors.

Add Cheese
Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and evenly distributed.

Prepare Dinner Rolls
Warm the dinner rolls in an oven or microwave for a few minutes until heated through. Serve alongside the Chili Mac.
