Wash and Chop Lettuce
Rinse the romaine lettuce under cold water to remove any dirt. Shake off excess water and chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.

Grate Parmesan Cheese
Using a box grater or a food processor, grate the Parmesan cheese and set it aside.
Dressing Preparation
- 4
Make the Caesar Dressing
In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, anchovy paste, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
Assembly
- 5
Combine Ingredients
In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, croutons, and grated Parmesan cheese.
- 6
Add Dressing
Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the salad and toss gently until all ingredients are well coated.
