Pork Ribs and Marinade
Method
Cooking Instructions
Prepare the Ribs
Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F). Remove the membrane from the ribs and rinse them under cold water. Pat dry with paper towels.
Make the Dry Rub
In a bowl, combine brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.
Apply the Rub
Generously apply the dry rub to both sides of the ribs, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight in the refrigerator for best flavor.
Bake the Ribs
Place the ribs on a baking sheet and cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, until tender.
Serve
Remove the ribs from the grill, let rest for a few minutes, then slice between the bones and serve with your favorite sides.
