Soak Rice Vermicelli
Soak the rice vermicelli in warm water for about 15 minutes until softened, then drain and set aside.

Prepare Vegetables
Prepare all the vegetables by chopping and julienning them as required.
Cooking

Stir-Fry Garlic
Heat a large wok over medium-high heat. Add a tablespoon of oil and stir-fry the minced garlic until fragrant.

Add the sliced chicken breast and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5 minutes.
