Preparation of Ingredients

  1. 1

    Prepare the Tuna

Heat a non-stick skillet over high heat. Season the yellowfin tuna with salt and pepper. Sear the tuna for about 1-2 minutes on each side until it's rare in the center. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing into thin strips.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Mango and Avocado

Peel and dice the mango into small cubes. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh, and cut it into slices.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Dressing

In a small bowl, whisk together the fresh ginger, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and honey until well combined. Set aside.

Assembling the Salad

  1. 4

    Combine Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the sliced tuna, diced mango, avocado slices, and crispy gyoza strips. Add chopped cilantro and peanuts for garnish.

  2. 5

    Dress the Salad

Drizzle the cilantro ginger dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients without mashing the avocado.

  3. 6

    Serve

Divide the salad into serving bowls and garnish with additional peanuts and cilantro if desired. Enjoy your refreshing yellowfin tuna salad!
