Prepare the Tuna
Heat a non-stick skillet over high heat. Season the yellowfin tuna with salt and pepper. Sear the tuna for about 1-2 minutes on each side until it's rare in the center. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing into thin strips.

Prepare the Mango and Avocado
Peel and dice the mango into small cubes. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh, and cut it into slices.

Prepare the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together the fresh ginger, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and honey until well combined. Set aside.
