Prepare the Steak

Cook the Ravioli

Boil the Water
In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add 1 tablespoon of salt.

Cook the Ravioli
Add the fresh cheese ravioli to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions, usually about 3-5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Sauté the Prawns

Make the Truffle Beurre Blanc Sauce

Create the Base
In a small saucepan, combine the white wine and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and reduce by half.

Emulsify the Sauce
Remove from heat and gradually whisk in the cold butter cubes until emulsified. Stir in truffle oil, and season with salt and white pepper to taste.
Assemble the Dish

Plate the Dish
On a large serving platter, arrange the sliced grilled sirloin, cooked ravioli, and sautéed prawns. Drizzle the truffle beurre blanc sauce over the top.

Sprinkle crispy onions and grated grana padano cheese over the dish before serving.
