Melt Chocolate and Butter
In a small saucepan, combine the dark chocolate and unsalted butter. Melt over low heat, stirring continuously until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Mix Sugar and Eggs
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar and large eggs until the mixture becomes pale and fluffy.

Fill Ramekins
Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins, filling each about 3/4 full.
Baking

Bake the Cakes
Place the filled ramekins on a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes, or until the edges are firm but the center is still soft.

Cool and Serve
Remove from the oven and let the cakes sit for 1 minute. Carefully run a knife around the edges and invert onto serving plates. Allow them to rest for a moment before serving.

Serve the molten chocolate cakes immediately with a scoop of Tahitian vanilla ice cream on the side and a handful of fresh raspberries on top.
