Peach Bourbon Tea

Method

Peach Bourbon Tea

  1. 1

    Brew the Tea

Begin by brewing your black tea. Steep the tea bags in hot water for 3-5 minutes, then remove and let it cool.

  2. 2

    Mix Ingredients

In a shaker, combine the Maker's Mark JOEY Reserve ‘Peach Brûlée’ Bourbon, peach nectar, lemon juice, and honey. Shake well until honey is dissolved.

  3. 3

    Combine with Tea

In a tall glass filled with ice, pour the brewed black tea, then add the shaken bourbon mixture.

  4. 4

    Garnish

Garnish the drink with fresh peach slices for a refreshing touch.

Old Fashioned Upgrade

  1. 5

    Prepare Glass

Start by placing a large ice cube or several smaller cubes into an old-fashioned glass.

  2. 6

    Mix Ingredients

In a mixing glass, combine the Maker's Mark JOEY Reserve ‘Peach Brûlée’ Bourbon, Angostura bitters, and simple syrup.

  3. 7

    Stir

Add ice to the mixing glass and stir gently until well chilled.

  4. 8

    Strain and Garnish

Strain the mixture into the prepared glass, then twist the orange peel over the drink to release its oils. Add the maraschino cherry for garnish.
