Method

Preparing the Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Coat the Salmon

Take the salmon fillets and coat them evenly with the marinade. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Grilling the Salmon

  1. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C).

  2. 4

    Grill the Salmon

Place the marinated salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill. Grill for 6-8 minutes, then flip and grill for another 4-6 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Preparing the Vegetables

  1. 5

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and cut the asparagus into 2-inch pieces, slice the bell peppers into strips, and cut the zucchini into half-moons.

  2. 6

    Season the Vegetables

In a bowl, drizzle the vegetables with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat.

Grilling the Vegetables

  1. 7

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the seasoned vegetables on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and have nice grill marks.

Serving

  1. 8

    Plate the Dish

Serve the grilled salmon alongside the grilled seasonal vegetables on a plate. Garnish with fresh lemon slices if desired.
