Make the Garlic Butter
In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in the chopped parsley and remove from heat.

Add Liquids
Pour in the red wine, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and thyme. Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it cook for about 10-15 minutes until slightly thickened. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Finish and Serve
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the assembled mini baguettes on a baking sheet and bake for about 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and the bread is crispy. Serve warm with the red wine au jus on the side for dipping.
