Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Lobster

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the whole Atlantic lobster and cook for about 8-10 minutes, or until it turns bright red. Remove the lobster, cool slightly, and then extract the meat from the claws and tail. Chop into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Prawns

In the same pot of boiling water, add the prawns and cook for about 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Drain and set aside.

  3. 3

    Sauté the Shallots

In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Finely chop the shallots and add them to the skillet. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until they become translucent.

  4. 4

    Add Cherry Tomatoes

Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the skillet with the sautéed shallots. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the tomatoes begin to soften.

  5. 5

    Deglaze with White Wine

Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes, allowing the alcohol to evaporate and the flavors to meld.

  6. 6

    Cook the Spaghetti

In a separate pot, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and reserve a little pasta water.

  7. 7

    Combine Ingredients

Add the cooked lobster and prawns to the skillet with the shallots and tomatoes. Stir to combine, then add the lobster-lemon butter sauce, stirring until everything is well coated. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of reserved pasta water.

  8. 8

    Toss with Spaghetti

Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss everything together. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  9. 9

    Garnish and Serve

Chop the Italian parsley and sprinkle over the finished dish. Serve immediately and enjoy your lobster spaghetti!
