Hibachi Wings Ingredients

Method

Hibachi Wings Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, minced ginger, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until fully mixed.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Wings

Place the chicken wings in a large zip-top bag or a bowl. Pour the marinade over the wings, ensuring they are well-coated. Seal the bag or cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight for best flavor.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using a charcoal grill, ensure the coals are evenly hot before placing the wings on.

  4. 4

    Grill the Wings

Remove the wings from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off. Place the wings on the grill. Grill for about 8-10 minutes on each side, or until the wings are cooked through and have a nice char. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C).

  5. 5

    Garnish and Serve

Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the grill. Transfer to a serving platter and sprinkle with chopped green onions and black sesame seeds. Serve hot.
