Butter and Wine Braised Clams

Grilled Lobster Tails

Seared Scallops

Grilled Sourdough

Method

Butter and Wine Braised Clams

  1. 1

    Prepare the Clams

Rinse the clams under cold water to remove any sand. Place them in a bowl of fresh water for about 30 minutes to purge any remaining sand.

  2. 2

    Cook the Clams

In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Pour in the white wine and bring to a simmer.

  3. 3

    Add Clams

Add the rinsed clams to the pot. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the clams have opened. Discard any that do not open. Stir in the parsley, and season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Grilled Lobster Tails

  1. 4

    Prepare the Lobster Tails

Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise to reveal the meat. Gently pull the meat out slightly.

  2. 5

    Season the Lobster

Brush the lobster meat with olive oil and lemon juice. Sprinkle paprika, salt, and black pepper over the meat.

  3. 6

    Grill the Lobster

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the lobster tails meat side down on the grill. Grill for 5-6 minutes, then flip and grill for an additional 4-5 minutes, until the meat is opaque and cooked through.

Seared Scallops

  1. 7

    Prepare the Scallops

Pat the scallops dry with paper towels, and season with salt and black pepper.

  2. 8

    Sear the Scallops

In a large skillet, heat the butter and olive oil over high heat. Once hot, add the scallops and sear for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.

  3. 9

    Add Garlic

Add the minced garlic to the skillet during the last minute of cooking, stirring to combine and infuse the scallops.

Garlic Lemon Prawns

  1. 10

    Prepare the Prawns

In a bowl, toss the prawns with olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 11

    Cook the Prawns

In a skillet over medium-high heat, add the prawns and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are pink and cooked through.

Spicy Crab Dip

  1. 12

    Mix the Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine the lump crab meat, softened cream cheese, sour cream, hot sauce, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

  2. 13

    Bake the Dip

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.

Grilled Sourdough

  1. 14

    Prepare the Bread

Brush each slice of sourdough bread with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic and salt.

  2. 15

    Grill the Bread

Preheat the grill to medium heat. Grill the sourdough slices for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
