Method

Steak

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steak

Rub the sirloin steak with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Let it marinate for 15-30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook the Steak

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Lobster

  1. 3

    Prepare the Lobster

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, lemon juice, paprika, and minced garlic.

  2. 4

    Cook the Lobster

Place the lobster tail on a baking sheet, brush with the butter mixture, and bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes until the meat is opaque.

Crispy Mashed Potatoes

  1. 5

    Cook the Potatoes

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add peeled and cubed potatoes and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain well.

  2. 6

    Mash and Crisp the Potatoes

In a mixing bowl, mash the potatoes with butter, heavy cream, cheddar cheese, green onions, salt, and black pepper until smooth. Preheat a skillet over medium heat, add the mashed potatoes, and cook until crispy on the bottom, about 5 minutes.

Seasonal Vegetables

  1. 7

    Prepare the Vegetables

In a bowl, toss zucchini and bell pepper slices with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 8

    Cook the Vegetables

Sauté the vegetables in a skillet over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes until tender and slightly charred.
