Crispy Mashed Potatoes

Method

Steak Preparation

1

Season the Steak

Rub the prime top sirloin steak with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes at room temperature.

2

Cook the Steak

Preheat a grill or skillet over high heat. Cook the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness. Remove from heat and let rest.

Lobster Preparation

3

Prepare the Lobster Tail

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the top shell of the lobster tail lengthwise and gently pull the meat out, resting it on top of the shell.

4

Season and Cook the Lobster

Melt butter and mix with lemon juice and paprika. Brush over the lobster meat. Bake in the oven for about 12-15 minutes until the lobster is opaque and cooked through.

Crispy Mashed Potatoes Preparation

5

Prepare the Potatoes

Peel and chop the russet potatoes into chunks. Boil in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.

6

Mash and Add Ingredients

Drain the potatoes and mash them with butter, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Stir in cheddar cheese and bacon bits until combined.

7

Crisp the Potatoes

Spread the mashed potatoes on a baking sheet, and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes until the top is golden and crispy.

Asparagus Preparation

8

Prepare Asparagus

Trim the ends of the asparagus and toss with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

9

Cook Asparagus

Roast asparagus in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 10-15 minutes until tender and slightly charred.
