Method

Steak Preparation

  1. 1

    Grill the Steak

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Rub the CAB sirloin with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Grill the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Ravioli Cooking

  1. 2

    Cook the Ravioli

In a large pot, bring 4 cups of salted water to a boil. Add the fresh cheese ravioli and cook according to package instructions, usually about 4-5 minutes. Once cooked, drain and set aside.

Prawn Sauté

  1. 3

    Sauté the Prawns

In a skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the prawns and lemon juice, cooking until prawns are pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.

Truffle Beurre Sauce

  1. 4

    Make the Truffle Beurre Sauce

In a small saucepan, melt 4 tablespoons of butter over low heat. Once melted, stir in truffle oil and grated Grana Padano cheese until smooth. Season with salt to taste.

Assembly

  1. 5

    Assemble the Dish

On a plate, arrange the cooked ravioli. Top with the sautéed prawns and sliced grilled sirloin. Drizzle the truffle beurre sauce over the top. Serve immediately.
