Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Wings

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings with paper towels. Place them in a large bowl.

2

Make the Spice Rub

In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.

3

Coat the Wings

Drizzle the olive oil over the wings, then sprinkle the spice mix over them. Toss to ensure all wings are evenly coated.

4

Bake the Wings

Spread the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until crispy and cooked through, flipping halfway.

5

Prepare the Parmesan Dip

In a bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth and well combined.

6

Serve

Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with the Parmesan dip on the side.
