Main Course Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

In a large bowl, combine the chicken breasts, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to ensure the chicken is fully coated.

  2. 2

    Cook the Chicken

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside.

  3. 3

    Sauté the Vegetables

In the same skillet, add the mixed vegetables and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until heated through and slightly tender. Remove from heat.

Side Dish Preparation

  1. 4

    Cook the Rice

In a medium saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Add the rice and butter. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 15-20 minutes until the rice is tender and the water is absorbed.

Dessert Preparation

  1. 5

    Make the Pudding

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and milk until smooth. Let sit for 5 minutes to thicken.

  2. 6

    Serve with Whipped Cream

Spoon the chocolate pudding into serving cups and top with whipped cream before serving.
