Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Meatballs
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- 2
Form and Cook Meatballs
Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and place meatballs on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- 3
Heat the Marinara Sauce
In a saucepan, heat the marinara sauce over medium heat until warmed through.
- 4
Assemble the Sandwich
Once the meatballs are done, place them in sub rolls and spoon marinara sauce over the top. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- 5
Melt the Cheese
Return sandwiches to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
