Buffalo Chicken Boneless Wings
Method
Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Cut the boneless chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
- 2
Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, combine buttermilk and chicken pieces. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- 3
Prepare the Breading
In a separate bowl, mix together flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- 4
Coat the Chicken
Remove chicken from buttermilk, letting excess drip off, and coat each piece in the flour mixture.
- 5
Fry the Chicken
In a large skillet or deep fryer, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken pieces in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- 6
Toss in Buffalo Sauce
In a large bowl, combine the fried chicken with buffalo sauce and toss until well coated.
- 7
Serve
Serve the buffalo chicken boneless wings hot with your choice of dipping sauce.
