Vegetables

Method

Prepare the Buffalo Base

  1. 1

    Melt Butter

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter.

  2. 2

    Mix in Buffalo Sauce

Once the butter is melted, add 1 cup of buffalo sauce. Stir well and let simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

Prepare the Chicken

  1. 3

    Shred Chicken

If not pre-cooked, grill or boil 2 chicken breasts until fully cooked. Let cool and shred into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 4

    Combine with Buffalo Sauce

In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the prepared buffalo sauce until well coated.

Sauté the Vegetables

  1. 5

    Cook Onions

In a skillet over medium heat, add a little olive oil and sauté 1 diced medium onion until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

  2. 6

    Add Jalapeños

Add 1 diced medium jalapeño to the skillet and continue to sauté for another 2-3 minutes until softened.

Assemble the Dish

  1. 7

    Combine Everything

In a large serving dish, mix the buffalo chicken with the sautéed onions and jalapeños.

  2. 8

    Add Toppings

Top the mixture with 1 cup of bleu cheese crumbles and drizzle with 1 cup of ranch dressing.
