Prepare Syrups

    Making Cherry Syrup

    In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of cherry juice and 1 cup of sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Allow to simmer for 10 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat and let cool.

    Making Vanilla Syrup

    In a separate saucepan, combine 1 cup of water, 1 cup of sugar, and 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.

    Making Lemon-Lime Syrup

    Mix 1 cup of lemon-lime soda with 1 cup of sugar in a small pot over low heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves and let simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.

    Combine 1 cup of root beer with 1 cup of sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved, then simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.

Mixing Soda

    In a large pitcher, combine 4 cups of sparkling water and 2 cups of club soda. Stir gently to mix.

    Add 1/4 cup of each syrup (cherry, vanilla, lemon-lime, and root beer) into the soda base mixture. Stir well to combine all flavors.

Garnishing
