Method

Ribs Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your grill to medium heat. Rub the baby back ribs with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Let them sit for about 30 minutes to absorb the seasonings.

  2. 2

    Grill the Ribs

Place the ribs on the grill bone-side down. Grill for 2 hours, turning occasionally. Brush with Kansas City BBQ sauce during the last 30 minutes of grilling.

Fries Preparation

  1. 3

    Prepare the Fries

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut potatoes into thin wedges and toss them with olive oil, salt, and paprika.

  2. 4

    Bake the Fries

Spread the potato wedges on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.

Creamed Corn Preparation

  1. 5

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble, leaving the fat in the skillet.

  2. 6

    Make the Creamed Corn

Add corn to the skillet with the bacon fat, stir in heavy cream, butter, salt, and pepper. Cook on medium heat until heated through and creamy, about 10 minutes.

  3. 7

    Finish the Dish

Stir in the crumbled bacon into the creamed corn before serving.
