Lobster Tail

Grilled Asparagus

Yukon Mashed Potatoes

Drawn Butter

Method

Prepare Lobster Tail

  1. 1

    Grill the Lobster Tail

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Split the lobster tail down the middle and brush with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Grill for 5-7 minutes, shell side down, until the meat is opaque and cooked through.

Prepare Grilled Asparagus

  1. 2

    Grill the Asparagus

Toss the asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.

Prepare Mashed Potatoes

  1. 3

    Make Mashed Potatoes

Peel and chop the Yukon Gold potatoes. Boil in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and mash with butter, heavy cream, salt, and pepper until creamy.

Prepare Drawn Butter

  1. 4

    Melt the Butter

In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Skim off any foam that forms on the surface.
