Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Seafood
Rinse the peel n’ eat shrimp under cold water and set aside. If the oysters are not pre-shucked, use an oyster knife to carefully open them, discarding the top shell and retaining the liquor in the bottom shell. Clean the king crab and dungeness crab under cold water to remove any debris.

Prepare the Crabs
If necessary, steam or boil the king crab and dungeness crab for about 5-7 minutes until heated through. Remove from heat and let them cool slightly. Crack open the crab legs and claws to make it easier to eat.

Assemble the Platter
On a large serving platter, arrange the cooked shrimp, steamed king crab, dungeness crab, and freshly shucked west coast oysters. Place the crackerjax around the seafood as a crunchy accompaniment.
