Preparation
Prepare the Glass
Drizzle caramel sauce inside the martini glass to create a decorative pattern. Allow it to set slightly.
Mixing
Combine the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine 2 oz of vodka, 1 oz of Baileys Irish Cream, 1 oz of Caramel Dorda, and 1 oz of heavy cream.
Shake Well
Cover the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Serving
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass.
Garnish
Sprinkle a pinch of coarse sea salt on top of the drink and drizzle additional caramel sauce if desired.
