Grilled Broccolini

Method

Grilling the Broccolini

    Prepare the Broccolini

    Rinse the broccolini under cold water and trim the ends. Pat dry with a towel.

    Preheat the Grill

    Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

    Season the Broccolini

    In a bowl, toss the broccolini with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

    Grill the Broccolini

    Place the broccolini on the grill. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.

    Remove from Grill

    Once grilled, remove the broccolini from the grill and set aside.

Making Tonnato Sauce

    Combine Ingredients

    In a food processor, combine the canned tuna, mayonnaise, capers, lemon juice, anchovy fillets, olive oil, and salt.

    Blend Until Smooth

    Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning if necessary.

Preparing Pistachio Pistou

    Prepare the Ingredients

    In a food processor, add the pistachios, fresh basil leaves, and garlic.

    Add Olive Oil

    With the processor running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until the mixture reaches a smooth consistency.

    Add salt and pulse a few times to combine.

Making Argumolio Dressing

    Combine Dressing Ingredients

    In a small bowl, whisk together argan oil, lemon juice, honey, and salt until well combined.

    Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
