Cucumber Infused Vodka

    Prepare the Cucumber

    Slice the cucumber into thin rounds. Reserve a few slices for garnish.

    Infuse the Vodka

    In a clean glass jar, combine the sliced cucumber and vodka. Seal the jar tightly and let it sit at room temperature for at least 24 hours to infuse.

    Strain the Vodka

    After 24 hours, strain the vodka through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a clean bottle, discarding the cucumber slices.

    Mix the Ingredients

    In a large pitcher, combine the cucumber-infused vodka, lemonade, and club soda. Stir gently to combine.

    Prepare the Glasses

    Fill glasses with ice cubes and add a few mint leaves to each glass.

    Pour the cucumber lemon mixture over the ice in each glass. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a cucumber slice.
