Preparation of Oysters

Clean the Oysters
Rinse the fresh oysters under cold water to remove any dirt or debris. Scrub the shells with a brush to ensure they are clean.

Shuck the Oysters
Carefully open the oysters using an oyster knife. Discard the top shell and place the oysters on a baking tray, keeping the bottom shell intact.
Making Creole Butter

Melt Butter
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter until it is fully liquefied.

Add Ingredients
Stir in the minced garlic, shallots, Creole seasoning, chopped parsley, lemon juice, and hot sauce into the melted butter. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

Simmer
Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Remove from heat and set aside.
Assembly and Cooking

Preheat Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C).

Add Creole Butter to Oysters
Spoon a generous amount of the creole butter mixture onto each oyster.

Sprinkle a tablespoon of grated Grana Padano cheese over each oyster.
