Wrap Preparation

1. Prepare the Ingredients

Wash and slice the lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and slice it thinly.

2. Assemble the Wrap

Lay a whole wheat tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard over the tortilla. Layer 2 ounces of sliced turkey breast, a handful of lettuce, sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, and avocado slices on top.

3. Season the Filling

Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the filling to taste.

4. Roll the Wrap

Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and ingredients.

5. Prepare Baked Chips

If using store-bought baked chips, open the bag and place 2 cups on a serving platter.

6. Prepare Steamed Veggies

Steam mixed vegetables such as broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Serve in a bowl.

7. Prepare Blue Corn Chips & Salsa

Place 2 cups of blue corn chips on a serving plate and serve alongside 1 cup of salsa.
