1. Slice the Meats and Cheese

Thinly slice the salami, pepperoni, and ham. Also, slice the provolone cheese if it is not pre-sliced.

2. Prepare the Condiments

In a small bowl, mix together the spicy piquillo pepper relish and mayonnaise until well combined.

Assembly

3. Assemble the Sandwich

On one slice of sourdough bread, spread half of the spicy piquillo pepper relish and mayonnaise mixture. Layer the salami, pepperoni, ham, and provolone cheese on top. Spread the remaining mixture on the second slice of bread and place it on top of the sandwich.

4. Toast the Sandwich

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the assembled sandwich in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
