Preparation
1. Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is no longer pink inside.
2. Slice the Chicken
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for about 5 minutes. Then slice the chicken into strips.
Assembling the Salad
3. Combine the Greens
In a large salad bowl, add the field greens as a base.

Top the field greens with the halved red grapes and sliced strawberries.
