In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.

Form the Meatballs
Using your hands, form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 3
Cook the Meatballs
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until they are browned on all sides and cooked through.
Pasta

Boil the Pasta
In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add 1 tablespoon of salt. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Sauce

Heat the Sauce
In the same skillet used for the meatballs, add the marinara sauce or chicken Alfredo sauce. Stir to combine and heat through for about 5 minutes.
- 6

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the sauce. Toss to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce. Add the meatballs and stir gently.
- 7
