Apple Danishes

Prepare the Filling
In a bowl, mix diced apples, granulated sugar, and ground cinnamon. Set aside.

Roll Out Puff Pastry
On a floured surface, roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into squares.

Assemble Danishes
Place a spoonful of the apple mixture in the center of each square. Fold corners towards the center.

Bake
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Blueberry Crumbles

Prepare Blueberries
In a bowl, combine fresh blueberries with granulated sugar and set aside.

Make the Crumble Topping
In another bowl, mix all-purpose flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, melted butter, and ground cinnamon until crumbly.

Assemble the Crumble
Pour the blueberries into a baking dish and sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the blueberries.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Mini Croissants

Roll Out Puff Pastry
On a floured surface, roll out the puff pastry sheets thinly.

Cut Triangles
Cut the pastry into triangles for each croissant.

Spread Butter
Spread softened butter on each triangle.

Starting from the wide end, roll each triangle towards the tip.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Cinnamon Walnut Mini Coffee Cakes

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.

In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and salt.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in walnuts.
