Toast the Sourdough
Toast the sourdough bread slices in a toaster or on a skillet until golden brown and crispy.

Prepare the Avocado
Cut the ripe avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork until it reaches your desired consistency (smooth or chunky).

Add Feta Cheese
Crumble the feta cheese into the bowl with the mashed avocado and gently mix to combine. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
