Fish Filet

Seafood Cream Sauce

Method

Prepare Fish Filet

1

Season the Fish

In a bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Rub this mixture over the fish filets to season them evenly.

2

Grill the Fish

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Place the seasoned fish filets on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Prepare Seafood Cream Sauce

3

Sauté Garlic

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

4

Cook Seafood

Add the shrimp and octopus to the saucepan. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the shrimp turns pink and opaque.

5

Add Cream and Season

Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine. Season with salt and black pepper. Let the sauce simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until it thickens slightly.

6

Finish with Crab and Parsley

Gently fold in the crab meat and chopped parsley. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Serve

7

Plate the Dish

Place the grilled fish filet on individual plates and generously top with the seafood cream sauce.

8

Garnish and Enjoy

Garnish with extra parsley if desired and serve immediately with a side of your choice.
