Juice the Lemons
Start by juicing enough fresh lemons to yield 1 cup of juice. You can use a citrus juicer or simply squeeze them by hand. Strain the juice to remove any seeds or pulp.

Prepare the Mint
Rinse the fresh mint leaves under cold water to remove any dirt. Gently pat them dry with a paper towel. Set aside a few sprigs for garnish if desired.

Combine Ingredients
In a blender, combine the fresh lemon juice, fresh mint leaves, granulated sugar, and water. Blend on high until the mint is finely chopped and the sugar has dissolved completely.

Chill and Serve
Pour the mint lemonade into a pitcher and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Serve over ice in glasses, garnished with lemon slices and mint sprigs if desired.
