Prepare the Dough
In a large bowl, mix the all-purpose flour and salt together. Gradually add water and olive oil, kneading until the dough is soft and elastic. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Cook the Saj Bread
Divide the dough into small balls. Roll each ball into a thin circle and cook on a hot saj or skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Set aside.

Blend the Ingredients
In a food processor, combine roasted red peppers, walnuts, bread crumbs, garlic, pomegranate molasses, olive oil, cumin, and salt. Blend until smooth. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
Baked Halloumi

Prepare and Bake Halloumi
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Slice halloumi into thick slices and place on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 15 minutes until golden.
Poached Eggs

Poach the Eggs
In a saucepan, bring water to a gentle simmer and add white vinegar. Crack an egg into a small bowl, then gently slide it into the simmering water. Repeat for the remaining eggs. Poach for 3-4 minutes until whites are set but yolks are still runny. Remove with a slotted spoon.

Prepare the Hash Potatoes
Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add potatoes, paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
