Preparation

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for baking the bread.

Prepare Baking Pan
Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan with vegetable oil or line it with parchment paper.
Mixing Ingredients

Combine Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

Mix Wet Ingredients
In another bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and eggs until smooth.

Combine Mixtures
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix gently until just combined. Do not overmix.

Add Coconut Flakes
Fold in the unsweetened shredded coconut until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
Baking

Pour Batter into Pan
Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.

Bake the Bread
Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Once baked, remove the bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
