Method

Ahi Poke

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ahi Poke

Dice the Ahi tuna into small cubes. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, chopped green onions, and sesame seeds. Combine with the tuna and mix gently. Slice the avocado and set aside.

Crab Cakes

  1. 2

    Make the Crab Cakes

In a bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, and parsley. Form into patties and chill for 30 minutes. Heat oil in a pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.

Crispy Ribs

  1. 3

    Prepare the Ribs

Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Rub the ribs with brown sugar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Place in a baking dish and cover with barbecue sauce. Bake for 2.5 hours, then broil for 5-10 minutes to crisp the top.

Pork Spring Rolls

  1. 4

    Make the Spring Rolls

In a skillet, cook ground pork until browned. Add grated carrot, shredded cabbage, and soy sauce. Cool the mixture. Place a spoonful of filling on a spring roll wrapper, roll tightly, and seal the edges with water. Fry in vegetable oil until golden.

Dipping Sauces

  1. 5

    Prepare Dipping Sauces

In separate bowls, serve sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and sriracha for dipping.
