Make the Crab Cakes
In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, green onions, egg, panko breadcrumbs, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until well combined.

Form the Cakes
Shape the mixture into patties, about 2 inches in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Chill the Cakes
Refrigerate the crab cakes for at least 30 minutes to help them set.

Cook the Crab Cakes
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Fry the crab cakes for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Make the Red Thai Curry Sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the coconut milk, red curry paste, lime juice, fish sauce, and brown sugar. Stir until the sauce is well mixed and heated through.

Drizzle the red Thai curry sauce over the crab cakes and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
