Crispy Pork Ribs

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F). Rinse the pork ribs under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Rub the ribs all over with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

  2. 2

    Bake the Ribs

Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and cover them with another layer of foil. Bake for about 2.5 to 3 hours, until the ribs are tender.

  3. 3

    Make the Sauce

In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, Sriracha sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and minced ginger. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and let it cook for about 10 minutes or until slightly thickened.

  4. 4

    Crisp the Ribs

Once the ribs are done baking, remove them from the oven and increase the temperature to 220°C (425°F). Brush the ribs generously with the spicy BBQ sauce and return them to the oven. Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, uncovered, until the ribs are crispy.

  5. 5

    Serve

Remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes. Slice and serve topped with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
