Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patties

In a bowl, season the Certified Black Angus Beef with salt and black pepper. Divide the meat into two equal portions and shape each into a patty, about 3/4 inch thick.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip them and place a slice of Tillamook Cheddar on top. Cook for another 4-5 minutes until the cheese is melted and the burger is cooked to your desired doneness.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Buns

While the patties are cooking, you can toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of each bun, place a leaf of lettuce, then the cooked patty with melted cheese, followed by tomato slices, onion rings, ketchup, and mustard. Top with the other half of the bun.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the burgers immediately with your favorite side dishes.
