Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and chop the broccoli, bell pepper, carrot, snow peas, and zucchini into bite-sized pieces.

Prepare the Sauce
In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, cornstarch, and water until well combined.

Heat the Pan
In a large skillet or wok, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat.

Stir Fry the Vegetables
Add the chopped vegetables to the skillet and stir fry for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender-crisp.

Add the Sauce
Pour the prepared sauce over the vegetables and stir well to coat. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.

Sprinkle sesame seeds and sliced green onions over the stir fry before serving.
