Preparation of Salted Rim
Prepare the Glass
Take a lime wedge and run it along the rim of a cocktail glass to moisten it. Then, dip the rim into a plate of coarse sea salt to create a salted rim.
Mixing the Drink
Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz of Amarula Cream Liqueur, 1 oz of Butterscotch Schnapps, and 1 cup of ice.
Shake Well
Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds or until well chilled.
Serving
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into the prepared cocktail glass with the salted rim. Serve immediately.
