Mushroom Preparation

Method

Mushroom Preparation

  1. 1

    Clean the Mushrooms

Gently clean the large mushrooms with a damp cloth to remove dirt. Remove the stems and set them aside for later use.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  3. 3

    Season the Mushrooms

In a bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Brush the mixture onto the mushroom caps to coat them evenly.

Stuffing Preparation

  1. 4

    Prepare the Stuffing

In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, minced garlic, dried Italian herbs, breadcrumbs, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

  2. 5

    Stuff the Mushrooms

Take the mushroom caps and fill each one generously with the cheese and herb mixture, pressing it down slightly to hold it in place.

Baking

  1. 6

    Bake the Stuffed Mushrooms

Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.

  2. 7

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your delicious stuffed mushrooms!
