In a blender, combine the white rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, fresh pineapple chunks, and ice cubes. Blend on high speed until smooth and frothy.

Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness or thickness by adding more coconut cream or pineapple juice if desired.

Pour and Garnish
Pour the blended Piña Colada into a chilled glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, a slice of pineapple on the rim, and a sprinkle of shredded coconut on top.
