Prepare the Garlic Butter

Melt the Butter
In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat.

Add Garlic and Seasonings
Finely mince the garlic cloves and add them to the melted butter along with salt, black pepper, chopped parsley, and lemon juice. Stir and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
Prepare the Snails

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Slice the Baguette
Cut the French baguette into small slices, about 1/2 inch thick.

Add Cheese
Sprinkle the toasted croutons with grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.
Broil the Dish

Combine and Broil
Place the escargot dish under the broiler for about 5-7 minutes or until the tops are bubbly and golden brown. Keep a close watch to prevent burning.

Remove from the oven and serve immediately with the toasted croutons on the side for dipping.
